ONE OFF TRAINING PLANS - From £25-£150

 

Buy a one off training plan to for a specific event. Delivered through a basic training peaks account which you can sign up for free here. Each training plan prescribes detailed sessions you’ll also be able to get advice from a coach via email for the duration of your plan (limited to one email per week).

ROLLING SPORTS COACHING - £50 set up fee & £90 per month

 

A personalised rolling coaching program. Delivered through an online premium training peaks account this allows both coach and athlete to continuously monitor and analyse all your training, nutrition, fitness and performance trends. Find out more about training peaks here. Includes annual training plan, all sessions prescribed in detail, as much contact with coach as needed

 

We offer coaching services for swimmers, cyclists runners and triathletes. After an initial consultation and goal setting session* with your coach we’ll give your training a purpose making every session count. We understand that balancing your passion with all of life’s other commitments isn’t easy but by training smart you can still achieve beyond what you might think is possible.

PERFORMANCE COACHING

ONE TO ONE COACHING- From £45 per session​​



If its individual attention you're after a one to one coaching session is as good as it gets. 

  • Single 60min session = £50

  • Block 10 x 60min sessions = £450

N.B Any additonal facilty costs such as pool/track entry must be met by client in additon to coaching fees listed above 

 

MARATHON PACKAGE - £200


Prepare for you best ever marathon with a personalised training plan and regular massages. For April/May/June event to include consultation, individualised training plan & 4 x massage sessions. Delivered through a basic training peaks account which you can sign up for free here. Coaching advice via email included (limited to one email per week)​.
