Buy a one off fitness plan with a specific goal in mind. Delivered through a basic training peaks account which you can sign up for free here. Each training plan prescribes detailed sessions you’ll also be able to get advise from a coach via email for the duration of your plan (limited to one email per week).

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING- From £40 per session​​



There’s a reason those in the public eye and time crunched executives use a personal trainer. It works. There are no short cuts or quick fixes but a Personal Trainer will take away the guess work and keep you on track to help achieve your goal whatever it may be.

  • Single 60min session = £50

  • Block 10 x 60min sessions = £400

CIRCUITS - £5 per session (First session free)

 

​We run a weekly group circuit session at 10am on Sunday mornings. The focus of the session is general strength and conditioning, a workout designed to improve functional strength. So will suit both those looking to tone up and lose weight as well as athletes wanting to compliment their training schedule with a conditioning workout. This session isn't intended to be a 'beasting' as is sometimes delivered in this way. We encourge this session to form part of a progressive fitness plan that will allow consistency in your training.
